If your reqest reaches us early enough in the day, your parcel can be picked up the same day !

1. Wrap your faulty support

We advise you to wrap your faulty support in an antistatic bag, and then to insert the bag in a well-padded box.

2. Print the delivery slip

As soon as the recovery request is done and the deposit payed, we send you an email that contains a delivery slip already fulled, which you have to print and add to your parcel.

Then let us know the date, the hour and the location you desire so that our FedEx partner comes to FREE pick up your parcel.
